If You Don’t Vote for Clinton in November

There’s a lot of emotion right now among liberals who supported Bernie Sanders for the Democratic nominee to be the next president. But if you’re a liberal, progressive, whatever, and you don’t vote for Hillary Clinton in November, you’re a fucking idiot.

I voted for Sanders in my primary, but I sure as shit will be voting for Clinton in November.

First of all, we have a two party political system in the United States of America. Does it suck? Yep, it does. Should we have a parliamentary system that allows for more than two parties to exist? Yep, we sure should. But we don’t. We have what we have, so stop bitching about it, particularly if you’ve never lifted a finger to make the system better.

Secondly, if Donald Trump is the next president, we’re all fucked. Maybe some of you drink too much, or smoke too much weed to remember, but George W. Bush was an absolute nightmare president. In Iraq alone, nearly 500,000 people were killed. That’s five zeros. Those were real people who would be alive today had we not elected and reelected Bush. I know, he stole that fucking election in 2000, but we let him. We should have fully supported Gore and ignored Nader. I voted for Gore.

A Trump presidency will make Bush’s tenure look like a slow stroll through Central Park on a cool Sunday morning. I’m not one for hyperbole, but a Trump presidency could really be the end of our country as we know it. And maybe that’s a good thing. Maybe we should totally destroy ourselves in order to build a more perfect union, but man if we do, lots of people’s lives will be utterly and irreversibly altered in a very bad way.

So when you’re running your mouth on Twitter about Clinton this and Clinton that, pull your head out of your ass and get your shit together, because if you don’t vote for Clinton in November, you will be helping Trump become president of the United States of America. The path of destruction that will follow him will be wide and deep, and it really will be all your fault. Don’t be a fuckhead, vote for Clinton in November.

To vote for the lesser of two evils is still voting for evil. Sometimes you have to rip the band aid off to make healing possible and to get rid of the flesh eating bacterial infection. I truly don’t believe that Trump WILL be the GOP nominee, he’s the distraction and who IS nominated will actually be worse. So be it. I will not vote for GOP lite Hillary. She is totally untrustworthy and with all her lying and pandering no one knows WHAT she really believes and stands for. Anyone who has to cheat like she has isn’t a safe bet for anything, even as a dog catcher.

There’s zero evidence that Hillary Clinton has cheated. Does the DNC process favor her, in many ways it does. But she didn’t steal millions of votes, it’s impossible. Plus, 95% of all of the crap said about Hillary is stuff the GOP has made up.

And Trump is the nominee, he has the delegates and there is no opportunity to nominate someone else. Allowing Trump to be president is nothing short of reckless. I expect to leave my kids with a country that is better than I found, not one torn to pieces because I’m upset Sanders didn’t win.
